My name is Chris Heinle, and I owned Sun Valley Sports in Akron, Ohio for over 15 years. Although my business was surrounded by large retailers selling similar products, I carved a niche by providing superior customer service and by maintaining a loyal, knowledgeable staff. The downturn in the economy led me to pursue my long-time passion for painting, and I started a new business: Chris The Painter.
In addition to using my entrepreneurship experience, I maintained and implemented the same philosophy of providing superior customer service and striving for repeat business into my new business.
